Family life can be complex — whether you’re navigating separation, rebuilding trust after conflict, or simply looking for stronger connection. At Home Base Collaborative, we offer compassionate support designed to meet your family where you are — with respect, care, and collaboration.

Integrative Family Care at Home Base Collaborative is about strengthening relationships, fostering safety, and supporting healthy family connection. Our clinicians guide families through transitions, help repair ruptures, and support lasting change — whether your needs arise from court involvement or private goals.

We work with state agencies to offer personalized, supportive care for children, teenagers, and parents involved with New Hampshire’s family court system. This includes support for those dealing with child welfare and juvenile justice issues.

We begin by understanding your family’s strengths and then use that information to identify your needs and areas for improvement. You’ll be involved in every step of the process.

All Home Base services are managed by licensed psychotherapists from New Hampshire who live in the community and work directly on site. Our team also includes consultants with expertise in special education, substance use recovery, and crisis intervention, along with personal experience in these areas.
