We help clients:
With a wealth of experience in providing psychotherapy and clinical support to families involved in child welfare and juvenile justice, our clinicians are well-versed in the needs of many different kinds of families.
We help families navigate:
...along with more common challenges like blended families, communication, emotional needs, and stress management.
For clients who are interested, we offer a non-traditional approach to therapy. This can include play-based treatment, movement therapy, walk and talk sessions, and outdoor behavioral health activities. These alternatives have been shown to work well for individuals who struggle to engage in standard office-based therapy.

As with all connections, finding the right therapist is deeply personal. My approach is rooted in relationship building and grounded in authenticity, warmth, and unconditional positive regard. I strive to create a space where healing feels natural, intuitive, and even a little unorthodox when needed.
My style integrates trauma-focused care and mindfulness-based interventions within a humanistic, person-centered framework. I also enjoy bringing nature into the therapeutic process whenever possible, because sometimes healing comes easier when it doesn’t feel like “therapy.”
I specialize in working with individuals (ages 12+), couples, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment disorders, adjustment disorders, substance use, complex family issues and other life transitions. I have a particular passion for supporting mothers through the tender and transformative journey of pregnancy and postpartum, in both an individual and group setting.
With over five years in practice, including experience with families involved in foster care and the reunification process, I understand the layered dynamics that shape our emotional lives. I am also an approved Impaired Driver Service Provider (IDSP) in New Hampshire.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
