We collaborate with state agencies to provide compassionate, trauma-informed treatment to children, adolescents, and parents facing open cases with the New Hampshire family court system, including child welfare and juvenile justice.
We start by assessing your family's strengths first, then using that information to help determine your needs. We don't tell you what to do - we want you to be involved in every step of the plan.
All Home Base services are overseen by New Hampshire licensed psychotherapists who live locally and work on site. Our team at Home Base includes consultants who have professional expertise and lived experience with special education, substance use recovery, and crisis intervention.
Home Base’s Community Based Services are offered to families in the catchment areas of Concord, Keene, Manchester, Nashua, and Rochester. Our newest office, serving the Lebanon region, will open in fall 2022.
We utilize a team approach to treatment, providing a comprehensive range of services including parent support and education, case management, individual mental health counseling, substance use treatment, and family therapy.
The Home Base Difference
All community based programming is rooted in our in-home treatment model. This approach allows parents and children’s struggles to be identified and addressed “in the moment.” This in turn helps them to learn and practice new skills, ultimately developing healthier ways to handle their emotions and make more positive choices.
Targeting maladaptive behaviors and responses when and where they happen allows children and families to achieve levels of success rarely experienced through traditional office-based therapy. Parents, providers, and collaborators frequently state that Home Base’s out-of-the-box approach has helped their family more than any prior service provider.
